Mr. Ram Shanker Misra has extensive and diverse experience of 43 years at the helm of the Technical & Administrative affairs of very large Coal, Copper, Cement, Steel, Electrical and Banking industries to his credit. Mr. Misra has vast experience in the areas of Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Electrical Power Installations up to 100 MVA capacity. Mr. Misra was Chairman Cum Managing Director of Hindustan copper Ltd, India and Vice Chairman of Caribbean Ispat Ltd, the World's largest Steel Producing Company and Inter Commercial bank of Trinidad & Tobago. |

Prime mover of the Company is Mr. Rajendra Mishra, a highly accomplished mechanical engineer having wide and extensive experience of two decades in various engineering fields. Mr. Rajendra Mishra, the Managing Director of the Company has worked as Executive Engineer at the Asia's biggest non-ferrous open cast mine, mineral benefaction and metallurgical plant for 10 years where he handled erection commissioning, and maintenance of all kind of heavy engineering equipment. He put up his own Rolling Mill before commencing other ventures including Aar Ess Exim Pvt Ltd. |
